Verspätete frohe Weihnachten wünsche ich euch!!!

Seit ca. 4 Wochen bin ich wieder zu Hause in Heidelberg. Ich geniesse die Zeit hier so sehr. Obwohl ich meine Freunde in Amerika vermisse, ist es doch unglaublich schön wieder mit Familie und Freunden zu sein.
Auch Weihnachten war wunderschön und gesegnet! Ein richtig schönes Fest, an dem wir die Geburt Jesu feiern durften. Ganz toll war das...

Es steht jetzt also fest! Ich habe meinen Flug gebucht. Am 1. Februar werde ich wieder in die Staaten fliegen. Diesmal nach Houston/Texas. Josh und Debs Walker (Redner von Teenstreet Deutschland) haben dort eine grossartige Arbeit angefangen, die sich "Young Hope" nennt. Sie arbeiten auch mit "Jugend mit einer Mission" zusammen. Es gibt verschiedene Dienste dort, so wie die Arbeit mit Strassenkindern, Prostituierten, Obdachlosen, und Babies, deren Mütter sich nicht um sie kümmern können. Ich bin so gespannt was dort auf mich zukommt und freu mich total dort hin zu gehen. Ich weiß auch schon, dass es zur Zeit einige Babies gibt, um die man sich kümmern muss - Juhu :)

Ich werde dort bis Ende April sein, da ich mich ohne Visum wieder nur 3 Monate im Land aufhalten darf. Aber es ist genau die richtige Zeit, da wir dort auch wieder ein Team von jungen Menschen haben werden, die auch alle so drei Monate dort bleiben.
Ich bin so froh, dass sich diese Tür geöffnet hat!

Jetzt bin ich nur noch am Beten, dass in allen Bereichen alles glatt läuft.

Ich wünsche euch ein gutes und gesegnetes neues Jahr 2010!! Bald lass ich euch noch mehr über das nächste viertel Jahr im Ausland wissen!

Belated Merry Christmas to everybody :)

Since about 4 weeks I´m back home in Heidelberg and I´m enjoying it so much. It´s so good to be back with family and friends again and spend time with them - although I do miss all my sweet american friends!!

My Christmas here was wonderful and blessed - a real celebration of the birth of our saviour Jesus!

Well, now it´s for sure! I booked my flight. I´m going back to the States on february 1st. This time I´m gonna go to Houston/Texas. Josh and Debs Walker (speaker at Teenstreet Germany) have started a great ministry over there, that is called "Young hope". They also work together with "Youth with a mission". It is amazing what ministries they have there and the opportunities to serve the people there is huge. They work with kids on the streets, prostitutes, homeless people, and they take care of little babies, whose Moms can´t take care of them alone. I am SOOO excited about going there and I´m really looking forward to it! I also know already, that they´re having a couple of babies right now, that need help, so I´m really excited :)

I´m gonna be there til the end of april, cause again I´m flying without a visa, which means I can only stay 90 days in the states. But its actually perfect, because we will be a team of young people over there and they´ll also stay about three months. So its good.
I am sooo happy and thankful about this door, that God opened! He´s amazing!!

I´m still praying about all the different areas. I hope everything will work out just fine.
